You contact me via one of the contact links in the collection or in the footer, and once I have all information needed to send you an invoice, you will get the amount invoiced to you and pay within 10 days for it to be shipped.
Your hand-painted canvas is fully dried and ready to enjoy. To keep it looking beautiful:
Avoid touching the painted surface directly.
Keep it out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth — no water or cleaning products.
If you frame it with glass, try to avoid pressing the paint completely against the glass and instead leave a small gap to prevent condensation.
The price of shipping is included! But fees/taxes are unfortunately not. Since I can't calculate those, I suggest looking up how much it could cost for you.
With fees going up in the US, I have customers who prefer traveling, that way I save on shipping, and you save on fees, + you get to use that money to discover Sweden!
If you don't pay the invoice, the order is automatically canceled.
You have 14 days from the delivery date to return your order. Shipping cost for returns are currently not possible.
Here’s what the process looks like:
Order Review & Deposit
I’ll review your request and send you an invoice for the deposit once we're both ready to begin (and once you're ready you will have 10 days to pay the deposit).
Creation & Collaboration
Once the deposit is received, I begin crafting your piece, bringing together your ideas with my own creative touch and interpretation. I’ll stay in contact during the process to discuss key details and make sure we’re aligned.
Finishing Touches & Final Payment
After the painting is complete, I allow it to dry fully, then send the final invoice and prepare it for shipping.
I’ll keep you updated throughout the entire process, and of course, the artwork will only be shipped once the final payment is received, the final invoice will also be sent once we're both ready, and once it's sent, you will have 10 days to pay.
(You can find more details on this in the Store Policies.)
Since each painting is custom made, I’m only able to give you a price range, the total price remains within the price range listed on the website when you ordered, or the one I give when you contact me.
The first payment is a diposit and is supposed to cover at least half of the total payment, meaning the deposit will already be calculated based off of the information you've given me.
When the painting is complete and we’re both happy with the result, I’ll calculate the final invoice based on the time, materials, and work involved. The total will not exceed double the deposit, as long as we're not making huge changes to the description you gave me when you put your order.
(You can find more details on this in the Store Policies.)
Creating a customized painting takes time to ensure every detail is perfect. Since one painting can vary in size, subject, and drying time, it can have completely different processing times. I highly suggest writing down if you wish the painting to be delivered before a specific date so I can inform you of the possibilites.
Because each artwork is custom-made, returns are not possible, and cancellations after paid deposit are not guaranteed. If you need to cancel, please let me know as soon as possible for me to try and work something out.

Since I start processing your order once it has been placed, changes and revisions are not guaranteed. I suggest writing more than less when contacting me to ensure we cover what you want painted.
While I may not always be able to make changes after ordering, I'll keep in close contact with you throughout the process to ensure a precise understanding of your vision, while also adding my artistic touch. If I plan to include anything not requested, I will always discuss it with you first.
